It is not in dispute before us that the application filed by the present Petitioners before the Court of competent jurisdiction at Bhiwandi is pending disposal. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have no objection that the learned Magistrate should be requested to deal with the matter expeditiously. If the arguments have already been concluded and even not concluded, still the learned Magistrate may deal with the application in accordance with law and dispose of the same within six weeks from today.
