Mr. Pakale, learned Advocate appearing for the
Corporation states that the Corporation has passed an order on 18th February 2009 in respect of the structure/construction and in pursuance of this order, necessary action in accordance with law including for demolition of this construction will be initiated. He states that Mr. Shinde, Assistant Engineer, ‘K’ West Ward is personally present in Court and has instructed him to make the above statement. He states that not only with regard to the construction which is subject matter of the order dated 18th February 2009 but any other construction which is unauthorised will be dealt with and demolished by due process of law without any directions and orders from
this Court. In the light of this statement, the Contempt
Petition is dismissed.
