Both sides inform me that the claim in the Suit has

been amicably settled. At their request, the Suit itself

is placed on Board under the caption "For Settlement".

3.		The Plaintif	fs and Defe	ndants are	Limited	Companies
and		through	their	authori	sed	signatories	/Directors,		they
have	stated	that	this	Suit	can	be	disposed	off	in

accordance with the terms which have been arrived at by

¶22

them.

4.	The	Defendant	has agreed	to submit to	a decree on
admission.	It	states	that	it has	no ob	jection	to a	decree
being	passed	in	favour	of the	Plaintiffs	in	terms	of
prayer	clause	(a).	Upon	this	concession	being	given	and

the claim being admitted, the Plaintiffs do not press the

¶26

rest of the prayers.

5.	The	terms	recording the above,	signed	by the
parties	and	their	Advocates,	are	taken	on	record	and
marked	‘X’	for	identification.		Order in	terms	of	the
Consent	Terms.		Refund of	Cour	t fees	as	per	Rules.

However, refund will be granted after the amendment to the

plaint is carried out.
