delete the name of the Original Plaintiff and

substitute in its place the name of ICICI Bank.
6.Chamber Summons is allowed. Delay in filing this
application is condoned. Chamber Summons is made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
7.Four weeks' time is given to carry out the
amendment.
