Mr. Shah submits that he has received instructions to appear for the Respondents. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama after taking no objection from Mr. Arjunwadkar within one week from today. That assurance is accepted. He submits that he has no objection for allowing this application provided the applicant is directed to pay all the outstanding compensation/rent since the date of filing of the writ petition as condition precedent for entertaining the further
proceedings. The stand taken by the Respondents is quite fair.
