Heard the learned counsel for the parties. This Civil Application is filed by the original claimant Nos. 1 and 2 to withdraw the amount awarded by the Tribunal. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, out of the total amount deposited by the Insurance Company, applicant Nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw Rs. 2 lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs only) without insisting on any security. Rest of the amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit in a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of five years. The periodical interest accrued on the said amount be paid to applicant Nos. 1 and 2. It would be open to the applicants to apply for early date of hearing. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
