In view of the order dated 19th March, 2009 passed by the Division Bench of this Court presided over by Hon'ble Shri Bilal Nazki and Hon'ble Shri A.R. Joshi, JJ., this Transfer application does not survive for consideration. The order dated 19th March, 2009 reads as under:-
“On 9th February, 2009 the petitioner appeared but refused to argue. To give fair chance, the case was adjourned to 10th

February, 2009. On 10th February, 2009 wife of the petitioner appeared and sought adjournment and the case was adjourned. Today again nobody appears.
3. Registry to do the needful.”
The present Criminal Application does not survive and is dismissed as infructuous.
