Earlier vide order of this Court dated 4th April, 2008 certain directions were given for the Applicant to serve Respondents and to remove the office objections by adjourned date i.e. by 25th June, 2008.

said order and as such the matter had automatically stood dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 4th April, 2008. Hence, nothing survives in the present application and it is accordingly disposed of as already dismissed.
