 1. Heard rival submissions for some time.
 It is a matter of alleged demand and acceptance
 of Rs. 600/- bribe by the accused,who is a
 police constable. It appears that the learned
 Special Court was influenced with the defence
 of the accused that he rejected the amount
 which was offered to him and in that process he
 touched notes and they were thrown on the
 ground. It is submitted on behalf of the State
 that the anthracin powder was found on the

 fingers of the accused and as such there is

 material to show that he had accepted the
 amount though the Special Court came to the
 conclusion that there was no demand by the
 police constable.

 2. After going through the documents and
 after hearing the rival submissions in the
 opinion of this Court there appears substantial
 question of law involved in this appeal, mainly
 when anthracin powder is appearing on the
 fingers of the police constable who has been
 charged for accepting the bribe of Rs. 600/-
 from the hand cart puller on the open public
 road. Under the aforesaid circumstances,

 appeal is admitted. R and P be called for.
