2The wife of the applicant no.1 committed

suicide by jumping in the well in the night between
28.5.2009 and 29.5.2009. A case of accidental death
was registered with Tembhurni Police Station and
thereafter, complaint was lodged by the brother of
the deceased. The viscera was sent for Chemical
Analysis, however, in the report which is received
from the Chemical Analyser, it is stated that no
poison was found in the viscera. The chargesheet has
been filed. The trial is not likely to begin
immediately in the near future. No specific role has
been attributed to the present applicant. The
deceased committed suicide after about three months
after her marriage. In view of the aforesaid facts,
the applicants cannot be kept in custody

indefinitely and deserve to be released on bail.

in the like amount in connection with an offence

registered at Tembhurni Police Station vide C.R.No.
