2.The application is made for speaking to the
minutes of the order dated 20.11.2009.
3.It is submitted that in paragraph 3, interim
order passed by this Court dated 17th August, 2009 is
confirmed. It is, however, submitted that order was
passed in respect of the Applicant No.2 and the
interim order in respect of Applicant No.1 was passed
on 1st October, 2009. By the said order,interim order
was granted also in respect of the Applicant No.1.

2.Accordingly, the order is modified and in
addition to the interim order passed by this Court on
17th August, 2009, the interim order dated 1st
October, 2009 is also confirmed. Order to stand
modified accordingly.
3.The Applicant No.1 also in the event of his
arrest be released on execution of P.R. Bond of Rs.
5,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
He shall also report to the concerned police station
as and when called.
