1 The present Applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in Crime No.55/2009 registered with Sinnar Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Prevention of Atrocities Act, Section 7(1)(v) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act along with Sections 143, 147, 323, 504, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
2 After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant for quite sometime, he makes a statement that the Applicant will surrender before the appropriate Court and make an application for bail. In his submission the Applicant be granted reasonable time to surrender before the appropriate Court.
3 In the result, the Applicant is granted one week’s time to

surrender before the appropriate Court. The Respondent shall not take any coercive action against the Applicant for a period of one week. This order shall cease to operate after a period of one weeks. 4 The Application is disposed of accordingly.
