After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for quite sometime, he seeks permission to withdraw the same. However urges for issuing directions with a view to have the trial expedited. Permission granted. Application dismissed as withdrawn. Sessions Court is directed to commence the trial within a period of six months from today. This direction is being issued having regard to the fact that the applicant is not keeping good health on account of sever diabetes and other ailment. He is presently stated to be admitted in the hospital. In that view of the matter the aforesaid direction is issued. It is made clear that in the event if the trial does not commence within six months as directed liberty is given to the applicant to move another application.
