PER COURT :
The applicants who are original accused nos.2 & 3 have
filed the present application. The application of the present
applicants came to be dismissed by the order of the Division
Bench of this Court dated 26.6.2008 after considering the matter
on merits. In support of the application we have heard learned
Counsel for the applicants and we have also perused the
application filed by the present applicants. Upon its perusal we
do not find that any new grounds are made out for suspension of
the substantive sentence and for enlargement of the applicants on
bail. This application is, therefore, dismissed. Insofar as the
prayer of the applicants for early hearing of the appeal is
concerned, this appeal to be heard as per its turn. We are
already hearing appeals of the year 2007-08 and, therefore, this
appeal is likely to be listed for final hearing as the paper book
is ready. Application is dismissed.
