Heard Mr.Bidkar, learned counsel for the applicant – accused no.1. He has filed Criminal Appeal No.658 of 2008 but belatedly. Hence this application for condonation of delay.
As per the office note the appeal is beyond time by 36 days and we are satisfied that the delay so caused deserves to be condoned. Hence the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
