Mrs.Bhosale, the learned APP has placed before us a copy of the death certificate dated 10/7/2009 issued by the Village Panchayat, Kasegaon, Taluka Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur and as per the same the applicant died on 9/7/2009.
Hence this application for bail does not survive and the same is disposed as abated.
