1. Heard rival submissions for some time.
It is the application for modification of
condition of attendance at police station vide
order dated 6.12.2007.
2. The applicant was directed to attend
Mumbra police station once in every fortnight
till the decision of the appeal. It is
submitted that the applicant, now, has been
transferred to Hubli office of company namely,
M/s Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable Pvt.Ltd.
3. Considering the submissions, earlier
condition is relaxed and the applicant is
directed to attend Mumbra Police Station once
in six months on any working day between 10.00
a.m. to 12.00 noon till disposal of the
appeal. Application is disposed of in terms of
this order.
