1. Heard rival submissions for some time.
It is the application for condonation of delay
in filing the appeal against the conviction.
The applicant is convicted for the offence
punishable under Sections 392 and 394 of the
I.P.C. and he is sentenced to suffer R.I.for
ten years and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- i.d.
to suffer S.I.for three months. The applicant
is in jail since the date of his arrest
i.e.from the year 2002 till this date.
Conviction was awarded on 11.11.2005. Hence
the application for condonation of delay is
allowed for the reasons stated in the
application and delay of 1174 days in filing
the appeal is condoned. Appeal is admitted.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
