of Criminal Appeal No.982 of 2007. The said
appeal is preferred by the original complainant
against the acquittal of the accused -
respondent no.1 for the offence under Section
138 of the N.I.Act. Respondent no.1 is also
served. Affidavit of service is taken on
record.
2. It is averred that the applicant -
original complainant is a blind and his age is
about 70 years and a retired person residing at
Lokpuram, Thane (West). Considering such
situation present criminal application for
fixing the appeal for early hearing is allowed.
3. Appeal to stand over to 11th June,
2009.
