By the order of the Court dated 10th August 2009, time for compliance of the order dated 29th June 2009 was extended until 14th September 2009. The Plaintiff was placed on notice that in the event that the talks for settlement fail, an Affidavit of evidence and a compilation of the original documents shall be filed by the next date of hearing and no further extension of time shall be granted. The order has not been complied with and the Plaintiffs and their Advocates are absent. In the circumstances, the Suit shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
