The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking quashing of complaint. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. Some complaint had been made against the petitioners in which they were summoned to appear. Their statement has been recorded, but so far the case is not registered. Therefore, this petition appears to be premature at this stage.
