1. Dispute relates to the petitioner’s claim of
Rs.12,59,719/- as his professional fee. He has given
notice to the respondents on 28th November, 2008 to settle
his account. It is admitted that he has received his part
of fees Rs.1,14,000/- as early as on 11-11-95. Claim of
the bill pertains to the year 1994-95, therefore, we are
not inclined to admit this petition. Notice has been given
by the advocate on 20th November, 2008 and even a month has
not been passed. In this view of the matter, petitioner
can take any other remedy that may be available to him
under the law.
