1. Grievance of the petitioner is that policy framed
for grant of permit to Taxi-Maxi Cab by the order dated 1st
December, 1994 is outdated as new vehicles have come with
the larger number of seats. Basically, it is a matter to
be decided by the respondents as to whether the policy
framed in December, 1994 should be modified or not.
Petitioner has also submitted that he has made several
representations, which are pending before the Government.
2. We deem it appropriate to dispose off this
petition directing the respondents to consider the

representations of the petitioner within a period of three
months.
