 1. Grievance of the petitioner is that application
 filed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act is not
 decided by the respondents. Counter has been filed in
 which it is stated that the judgment on the basis of which
 petitioner claims higher compensation in terms of Section
 28A have been appealed against and are pending before the
 High Court. Therefore, applications under Section 28A will
 have to wait till the disposal of the appeals.

 2. We do not find any illegality in the course

 adopted by the respondents, and, therefore, we dispose off
 this petition directing respondents to consider the

 applications of the petitioner after the appeals mentioned
 in the counter affidavit are decided by the High Court.
