Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court is informed that the State
Government has constituted a High Power
Committee under the Maharashtra Slum Area
(Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment)
Act,1971 to consider the claims as to the
eligibility for allotment of residential/
commercial premises in the S.R.A Scheme. In
view thereof, Mr.Mali,learned counsel for the
petitioner, prays for withdrawal of this writ
petition with liberty to the petitioner to
approach the High Power Committee with an
appropriate representation within four weeks
from today. If such an application is made
by the petitioner, the High Power Committee
shall consider the claim of the petitioner on
merits in accordance with law. All
contentions of the parties are kept open.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a
consequence thereof, the civil applications
are disposed of.
