 1. Grievance of the petitioner is that previously
 piece of land was allotted to him. However, later on, same
 land has been allotted to somebody else and he has been
 dispossessed of the same . He submits that he has no
 objection to the allotment of that land to somebody else
 but he himself must get some other land. The learned
 counsel for the respondent on instructions has not disputed
 factual position but submits that the petitioner himself
 had given choice as to which piece of land should be
 allotted to him and against the acquisition of that land,
 the land owner has filed some petition, which is pending
 before Commissioner. She submits that as and when

 authority decides acquisition proceeding, respondent will

 allot land to him. Respondent has also stated that the
 offer will be made to petitioner to accept another piece of
 land and if he accepts, it will be allotted to him. In
 this view of the matter, we dispose off the matter with the
 direction that if the petitioner is insisting the piece of
 land about which matter is pending before the Commissioner,
 Pune, he shall wait till the decision of the matter and the
 said matter should be disposed off expeditiously.
 Otherwise, he may approach respondent with a request to
 allot another piece of land within two weeks. After his
 request is made, the concerned authority is requested to
