the Petitioner before the Hon'ble Minister of Forest, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, against the impugned order which was passed on 22nd April, 2008, has not been decided so far.
Even the report called for by the appropriate authority, i.e. Deputy Conservator of Forest, has already been received.
appearing for the State submits that the State would ensure that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be disposed of within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the statement made on behalf of
the State, nothing survives in the Petition. The same is disposed of.
