It is not in dispute before us that the tender for which the petitioner had submitted an application for grant of contract has not been given effect to and the respondents have invited fresh tenders.
specific reason, much less acceptable ground has been given for rejecting the tender of the petitioner while referring to Exh.K. Be that as it may, in our opinion, nothing remains in the matter as the respondents have invited fresh tenders. We dispose of this petition for that reason alone but also issue directions that the respondents

will give specific reasons to the petitioner within one week from today as to why petitioner's tender had been rejected. Writ petition stands
disposed of in above terms.
