that	during	the	p	endency	of	th	is petit	ion,	the
petitioner		has	learnt	that	a	revisi	on applic	ation	of
the	peti	tioner	has	been	decid	ed,	whereas	the	petition
was	filed	seeking	a	limited	relief	that	by way	of	an
order	of	this	Court	to	direct	the	respondent	no.2	to

dispose of the appeal / petition pending before

respondent no.2.

In view of this, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent no.2, if the same is

adverse to the petitioner. The petitioner is

permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty.
