 1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to
 withdraw the petition with liberty to make a
 representation to the State Government. He submits that
 similar Writ Petition, being Writ Petition No.947 of

 2007 has been already disposed of by this Court

 2. In view of this submission, we allow the

 petitioners to withdraw the Petition and make a
 representation to the State Government. The Government
 while considering the representation shall keep in mind
 the directions given by this Court in Writ Petition
No.947 of 2007 (Maharashtra Rajya Prathamik Shikshak
Sangh & Anr. vs. The Municipal Corporation & 3 Ors.)
 by its order dated 19th June, 2008.

 merits of the matter.
