. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This writ petition challenges the orders
passed by the courts below by which the
application at Exhibit-5 in regular civil suit
¶9
no.42 of 2005 filed by the respondent-plaintiffs
came to be allowed. The trial Court allowed the
application vide order dated 1st September,
2005, which the appellate court confirmed vide
order dated 6th November, 2006. Admittedly, the
temporary injunction granted by the trial Court
on 1st September, 2005 is operating till today.
Keeping that in view and considering the overall
facts and circumstances of the case this writ
petition is disposed of by the following order:
