1. Heard the learned A.P.P. for the State and the
learned advocate for the respondents-original
accused.
2. Respondents-original accused nos.1 to 3 were
facing prosecution in Sessions Case No.193 of 2007.
The case is under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act. In the said case, the prosecution
filed two applications i.e. Exh.47 praying that
they be allowed to produce documents mentioned in
the list and Exh.48 was filed for recalling of the
Investigating Officer.

3. The learned advocate for the
respondents-original accused nos.1 to 3 states that
the trial in the said case is disposed of by
judgment and order dated 11.4.2008. In view of the
statement, nothing further survives in the present
matter and hence, petition is disposed of.
