 submits that in view of the decision of the full
 bench of this court in the case of Tulsiwadi
Navnirman Coop.Housing Society Ltd. and anr. vs.
State of Maharashtra & Ors. reported in 2008 (1)
Bom.C.R.1 as the subject matter of the petition
 pertains to implementation of the Slum
 Rehabilitation Scheme, the petitioners may be

 and contentions raised in the petition be kept
 open. We therefore, permit the petitioner to
 withdraw the petition and approach the High Power
 Committee in respect of the subject matter of the
 petition. We make it clear that all the issues and
 contentions raised in the petition are kept open so
 that it can be agitated before the High Power
 Committee. On the parties approaching the High
 Power Committee, the High Power Committee shall
 expeditiously dispose of the application preferably
 within 6 months from the date of filing of the
 application.
