stage of admission itself as the limited relief sought
for by the petitioner is that respondent nos. 2 and 4
should consider the request of the petitioner in terms
of the letter dated 15/09/2006 addressed by the
petitioner to the Assistant Municipal Commissioner,
P/North Ward, Liberty Garden, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400
064. In view of the fact that the representation dated

15/09/2006 was received in the office of the Assistant
Municipal Commissioner, P/North Ward, on 16/09/2006 and
no decision has been taken or communicated to the
petitioner, we direct the Assistant Municipal
Commissioner, P/North Ward, Liberty Garden, Malad (W),
Mumbai to take a decision in the matter within a period
of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this
order. The petitioner to communicate this order to the
concerned authority.
