else. On the basis of this information, it appears that the police had arrested some person, and, therefore, this Writ Petition has been filed by Mala, who was arrested and then released on bail. The petitioner submits that since he had not been named as an accused in the case, therefore, the F.I.R. should be quashed. He also submits that the complainant himself gave an affidavit before the police, saying that all the three persons, who had been arrested by the police, were accused in this case.
