Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner filed a complaint before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate who referred it to the police for investigation. After investigation of the case the charge sheet was also filed. Not satisfied with the investigation, the petitioner filed revision before the Sessions Judge who directed for reinvestigation. The matter was reinvestigated and after reinvestigation, the charge sheet has now been filed which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

The petitioner is still not satisfied with the investigation. After the matter has been reinvestigated after the order of the Sessions Court the petitioner wants further investigation. We are afraid that such directions cannot be passed by this court in the facts and circumstances of this case. If the petitioner has still any grievance he can always approach the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
