The Appellate Authority who is seized of the

appeal, being Appeal No.2734 of 2006, filed by the
petitioner against the order of the Collector shall
decide the appeal, after hearing all concerned, not later
than eight weeks after the parties appear before it. The
parties are directed to appear before the Appellate
Authority on 26.8.2008. In view of the alternative
remedy, there is no reason to entertain this petition
which is hereby disposed of. The rule stands disposed
of.
