.Heard the petitioner appearing in person.
He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with
liberty to file appropriate proceedings for
appropriate relief. He prays that interim relief
granted in this petition shall be continued for a
reasonable time to enable him to file appropriate
proceedings.
2.Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Ad-interim
relief granted on 11th October 1996 will continue
to operate for a period of eight weeks from today.
All contentions of the petitioner on merits are
expressly kept open.

3.In view of dismissal of the writ petition,
Criminal Application No.3324 of 2005 does not
survive and the same is rejected.
