communicated that the MHADA has no objection to the
impugned order being set aside and the matter being
remanded back. Accordingly, by consent of parties,
impugned order dated 20.2.2006 is hereby set aside.
The matter is remanded back to the Competent
Authority for fresh decision in accordance with law.
