A complaint was filed by the petitioner on 21st February, 2008. It appears that the complaint has not been registered and according to the concerned Police Officer the complainant did not even appeared before him and therefore the report was given to the higher Officer that no case was made out.

direct the concerned Police Officer to re-look into the matter and record statement of the complainant and if he finds a case is made out he may act according to law. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the concerned Police Officer in this connection.
