. In view of the fact that the petitioner did
not contest the stand taken by the respondent in
the affidavit in reply filed in the main petition
that there was no vacancy in the post of Junior
Clerk in the New Law College which is reiterated by
filing an affidavit of the Principal of the said

Law College in the review application, the
petition was disposed of on the basis of the
statement made by the learned counsel for the
respondent Management that as and when vacancy
arises, the case of the petitioner would be
considered for promotion. Therefore, we do not
find any reason to review our order.
