1. This is an application for recalling our
order dated 28.08.2007 in which we have imposed
Rs.5,000/- as cost. We find that in the given
facts and circumstances, it was justified rather
the court has been very kind to impose meagre cost
of Rs.5,000/-.

2. The applicants have not placed on record as
to what action they have taken against the
concerned official either from the Law Department
or P.W.D.Department for such lapses on their part.
It is high time that public servants should realise
that they are accountable for the performance of
their duty and should do it diligently and with the
required complacence particularly in matters
pending in courts which requires to be attended on
top priority. Application stands rejected.
