 1. Heard both sides. Both the husband and wife are
 present in person.

 2. Criminal Revision Application No.407 of 2008

 has been filed by the husband against the respondent
 - wife; and Criminal Revision Application No.388 of
 2008 has been filed by the wife against the
 respondent - husband. Both the husband and wife have
 impugned the order passed by the Family Court dated
 30th April, 2008. By the said order, the husband was
 directed to pay Rs.1000/- per month to the wife
 towards maintenance from the date of order. The
 husband was aggrieved by the order granting
 maintenance to the wife. The wife has preferred
 revision being aggrieved by the quantum of the
 maintenance as according to her she ought to have
 been granted maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month.

 3. However, during pendency of both these
 Revisions the parties have amicably settled the

 matter amongst themselves and they have tendered
 consent terms. As per the consent terms the parties
 have arrived at terms of settlement which are based
 on the terms of settlement arrived at between the
 parties which is at annexure "A" to the petition for
 divorce by mutual consent. The said terms of
 settlement are annexed to the consent terms. The
 consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X"

 order of Rs.50,000/- in the name of the wife drawn on
 The Thane Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd., dated 18th
 October, 2008 bearing No.579038 is handed over to the
 wife. The same is accepted by the complainant wife.

 4. Both the Criminal Revision Applications are
 disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
