We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. We are of the considered view that the controversies raised in the present Public Interest Litigation do not satisfy any of the ingredients for maintainability of said Petition. The allegations of the Petitioner are in relation to the activities of the school run by the Municipal Corporation. He is at liberty to approach the concerned Respondents and bring to their notice his grievance.
