2.This Notice of Motion is taken out by the ONGC
Ltd. for seeking various reliefs as spelt out in prayer
clause (a).

3.The Applicants are relying on the order dated
20th December, 2006 passed by the Ministry of

Environment and Forests permitting them to go ahead with
the procedure in accordance with law and a Specific and
General Conditions being made to be complied with by the
applicants. We, therefore, allow the Notice of Motion
as far as it relates to prayer clause (d) subject to
strict compliance of Specific and General Condition
imposed by the Ministry of Environment and Forests,
excluding the portion which reads as under :-

(d)....... "and this Hon’ble Court be pleased
to clarify that the orders and directions passed
in the above Petition and / or interlocutory
proceedings therein shall not apply to the said
work of laying of the pipelines maintenance and
servicing in the area set out in the map annexed
as Exhibit-M;"

4.The Applicants to file the affidavit of the
Deputy General Manager (C&M), ONGC that they have
complied with the term and conditions as imposed by the
Ministry of Environment and Forests within a period of
eight weeks from the completion of the procedure.

5.The Notice of Motion stands disposed off
accordingly.
