This review petition has been filed since learned Counsel for the review petitioner was absent when the writ petition was decided on 4.7.2008.
Perusal of the judgment and in particular paragraph No.5 thereof shows that the interest of Municipal Council has been well protected. Learned Counsel for the respondent states that he has deposited all the amounts in terms of the order of this Court and he is also depositing monthly occupation charges fixed by this Court regularly and would continue to do so regularly.

In view of this, I do not find any reason or any error apparent on the face of record to entertain the present review petition. The same is, therefore, disposed of. No order as to costs.
