Heard. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent sates that the copy of the Audio Micro Cassette i.e. Muddemal Exhibit "F" will be made available to the petitioner within six weeks. On the statement being made, the learned Advocate for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Court in case the need arises. While accepting the said statement, the application is disposed of. Needless to say that unless the copy of the said cassette is made available to the petitioner, the proceedings in Special Case No. 1/2007 should not be proceeded with. The petition stands disposed of. Authenticated copy of this order be issued to the respondent.
