Heard. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions

states that the investigation is almost complete and the chargesheet

would be filed and presently, the applicants are not required to be in custody for the purpose of investigation. In view of the said statement, the applications are allowed on following conditions.

i) Each of the applicant shall execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

ii) The applicants shall report to the Maina Curtorim Police Station on every Monday for one month between 7.30 to 8.30 a.m. and shall not interfere in the investigation proceeding or try to influence any other witnesses.

iii) The applicants shall furnish their residential addresses to the Investigating Officer.

The applications are, accordingly, granted on the above terms and stands disposed of.
