Heard. The learned Public Proseuctor, on instructions, states that

though presently the accused are not required in the custody, they could be released only on conditions that they should not interfere with the investigation and shall regularly report to the Porvorim Police Station for a period of two weeks. She further states that the applicants-accused shall also not interfere with the complainant who is the neighbour of the applicants-

accused .

In view of the fact that the applicants-accused are not required by the investigating agency in their custody, the applications are allowed and the applicants-accused are directed to be released on bail on execution of the personal bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and subject to the conditions that :

(a) the applicants-accused shall regularly report to the Porvorim Police Station between 7.30 a.m. To 8.00 a.m. for a period of 15 days from the date of their release on bail;

(b) they shall not interfere with the investigation proceedings;

(d) they shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer;

¶33

(e) they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for, for the purpose of investigation as well as at any other place in that regard.

(f) they shall furnish their residential addresses to the Investigating Officer and shall not change the same for 15 days, without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer.

With these conditions, the applications stand disposed of.
