has settled the claim of the petitioner
and therefore they do not wish to proceed

admitted but inadvertently on the last
occasion a statement was made that it is
admitted. In the light of the
instructions from the petitioner and
further the petition not being admitted,
it is allowed to be withdrawn and
dismissed as such. No orders as to
costs.
